What the driver brings

A tyre call-out is not just a spare on a truck.

A compressor and a torque wrench — wheel nuts go back on to the right torque, not to feel.

Pressure checked on all four before the driver leaves, not only the one that was changed.

Photographs before and after so there is a record of the tyre's condition and the work done.

Locking wheel nut help — tell us if you cannot find your key and we will bring what is needed.

Questions people ask

Can you repair the puncture or do I need a new tyre?

If the damage is in the tread and under about 6 mm, it is repairable and we repair it. Sidewall damage is not repairable — no reputable fitter will patch one, and we will tell you straight if that is what you have.

Do you carry my tyre size?

Tell us the size on the sidewall when you call, for example 225/45 R18. Common sizes we bring straight away; unusual, run-flat and EV sizes we confirm before the driver sets off, so you are not waiting for nothing.

Can you just fit my own spare?

Yes. If you have a usable spare we fit it at no charge beyond the call-out — and we will tell you honestly if the spare is too old or too flat to be safe.
