Common questions
Before you call
How much does a tow cost?
Recovery starts at AED 300 within a city zone and includes the first 10 km. Longer distances and inter-emirate tows are quoted before we dispatch, so you always know the price before the truck moves.
How long will I wait?
Median arrival in Dubai this month was 25 minutes. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are around 28–30. Desert roads and the far northern emirates take longer, and we tell you the honest estimate when you call rather than after.
Do I need the app?
No. Calling is the fastest route and always will be. The app is there if you would rather book and pay from your phone, or if you need a record of jobs for a fleet.
Can you take me to my own garage?
Yes. You choose the destination. If you do not have one in mind we can suggest a workshop near you, but there is no obligation and we take no commission on the repair.
What if it turns out to be a different problem?
The driver calls you before doing anything that changes the price. If a jump start reveals the battery is dead and needs replacing, you approve the new price first.
Do you work during Ramadan and public holidays?
Yes — 24 hours, every day of the year, including Eid and National Day. Response times can be longer on the busiest evenings.
