How much fuel do you bring?
Enough to reach a filling station comfortably rather than a token amount. If you want more than that, say so when you call and the driver brings it.
I put the wrong fuel in. Can you drain it?
Do not start the engine — that is what turns a drain into an engine repair. Call us and say it is a misfuel: the car goes on a flatbed to a workshop, which is a recovery job, not a fuel delivery.
Do you deliver fuel on the highway?
Yes, across the emirates including E11 and E311. Stand well behind the barrier while you wait, not beside the car, and put the hazards on.
Tank empty and the nearest station is too far?
Tell us petrol or diesel and roughly where you are — the driver leaves with the right fuel on board.
