When to call for recovery

If the car cannot safely be driven, it needs a truck rather than a roadside fix.

It will not start

And a jump start has not fixed it — usually a starter motor, alternator or immobiliser fault.

After an accident

Any collision damage to wheels, suspension or steering. We work with insurers and police reports.

Overheating or a fluid leak

Driving on is what turns a repair into an engine replacement. Stop and call.

Gearbox or clutch failure

No drive, or stuck in gear. Flatbed only — towing on the wheels can cause more damage.

Flat battery with no spare wheel key

Electric handbrakes and locked steering need a flatbed and a winch.

Stuck in sand

Desert-road extraction with a winch. Tell us the nearest landmark and we will find you.

If the job turns out to be different from what you described, the driver calls you and agrees the new price before doing anything. We never change the figure on arrival.

What to do while you wait

Two minutes of the right actions makes the recovery faster and safer.

Hazard lights on, and get out on the safe side — away from traffic, behind the barrier if there is one.

Warning triangle 50 m back if you have one, and further on a fast road.

Do not stand between your car and oncoming traffic. The most common roadside injury in the UAE.

Have your Emirates ID and Mulkiya ready. The driver needs to confirm the vehicle is yours.

On a highway, stay behind the barrier — not in the car. Tell us if you cannot leave the vehicle safely.

If anyone is injured, call 999 firstPolice 999 · Ambulance 998. Call us after the emergency services, not before.

Recovery questions

Flatbed or wheel-lift?

Flatbed for anything low, all-wheel-drive, prestige, or with damaged wheels — nothing touches the road. Wheel-lift for tight underground car parks where a flatbed cannot turn. We decide from what you tell us on the phone, and the price is the same either way.

Can you tow me between emirates?

Yes. Inter-emirate recovery starts at AED 450 and is quoted per route before we dispatch. Dubai to Abu Dhabi typically takes 90 minutes once the truck reaches you.

Will you take my car to my own garage?

Yes, you choose. We take no commission from any workshop, so there is no incentive for us to steer you. If you have no preference we can suggest one nearby.

My car is in an underground car park.

That needs a wheel-lift truck and adds AED 80. Tell us the height clearance if you know it — most Dubai car parks are 2.0–2.1 m and that determines which truck we send.

Do you deal with insurance?

We provide an itemised invoice and photographs of the vehicle before and after loading, which is what most UAE insurers ask for. We do not bill insurers directly.
