Prices are the starting price for each job, taken from the same price list the app charges. The driver confirms the final figure with you before starting, and it does not change on arrival.

What the driver does before charging you

The point of these jobs is that they are honest about what the car actually needs.

The battery is tested, not guessed. If a jump start is enough, that is what you pay for.

Old parts are shown to you — pads and filters come off the car and into your hand if you want them.

The price is agreed before work starts, and it does not move once the driver has begun.

If it belongs in a workshop, we say so. We would rather lose the job than half-fix something at the roadside.

Questions people ask

Do I need a new battery or just a jump start?

The driver tests it. A battery that holds charge after a jump is fine and we will not sell you one — batteries usually fail after a few years, in the heat, or after the lights were left on overnight.

What proof do you need to unlock my car?

Registration in your name, or a photograph of the mulkiya plus matching ID. Every unlock is logged with photographs. A driver who does not ask you for this is not one of ours.

Can you do an oil change where I park?

Yes, including most underground car parks — say so when you book so the driver comes prepared. Old oil is taken away for disposal; we do not leave it with you.

Car will not start, or locked out?

Tell us what happened and roughly where you are. Most of these are done in one visit.
